Annual Membership fee $550/year plus applicable taxes.

By filling out this form as a new applicant, you hereby request the admission of your firm as member of the General Contractors Association of Ottawa. You consent to conform to all present and future regulations adopted by the association.

Your application shall have the approval of an active member and seconded by a member of the Board of Directors. Following approval, you will be invoiced for the current annual fee amount.
