WILLIAM RIDDELL

Associated with Carleton University's construction program since 1965, initially as Chief Draftsman, then as Senior Design Technologist, 1969-1979, and as Manager of Construction Services, Physical Plant, 1979-1988, and since then as Special Projects Officer for Major Capital Projects.

Also served as a principal of ECCRI Incorporated for a decade and, since 1994, of Rid-Co Enterprises, providing consulting services.

Is the first Owner's representative to receive the Award; testimonial letters referred to his professionalism, ability, fairness, courtesy and integrity "and he was no 'patsy' ".
